Studio sessions take place at PANORAMAWORKS in Al Hilal West, Doha. If you prefer your own environment, our On-Location Experience brings the session to your home or office anywhere in Doha.

Yes. Sessions and support are available in both Arabic and English, so you can communicate in whichever language feels most comfortable.
Once your booking is confirmed, our team sends an invoice on WhatsApp. Payment is settled before the session, by bank transfer, Fawran instant transfer or card through a secure payment link.
Your retouched portraits are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of your session. If you need them sooner, urgent next-day delivery is available for an additional fee.
Rescheduling is free any time up to 24 hours before your session. Just message us on WhatsApp at +974 3321 2171 and we will arrange a new time together. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a fee, and our team reviews every case personally.
